SQS Software Quality Systems AG (AIM:SQS.L), the world's largest pure play supplier of independent software testing and quality management services, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will take place on Wednesday, 26 May 2010 at 10.00am (CET) at Sophienstrasse 5 in 51149 Cologne, Federal Republic of Germany.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy has been posted to shareholders. The Company's 2009 Annual Report, the Notice and related documents are available on the Company's website at www.sqs-group.com.
