Cresta is always looking to recruit talented graduates to join its experienced and enthusiastic testing team. Our graduate program offers structured training and support, excellent prospects for promotion, and great opportunities to learn the processes and importance of testing across a wide variety of industries.

The first step is to apply!

Submit your CV and covering letter

When to apply:
Cresta has two graduate intakes throughout the year, in Spring and Autumn.

What happens next:
A shortlist of candidates is selected after the closing date, and candidates are invited to an information evening so that they can find out more about Cresta and exactly what the graduate program entails.

As well as a series of informal interviews, this evening includes a set of technical aptitude and psychometric tests.

Following this, successful candidates enter Cresta’s three week induction course. If you are accepted it may be possible to delay your start until the following intake in order to complete your studying or take time to travel.

"The major selling characteristic of the products developers create is the certainty that their products will accomplish a particular task – because of the real time nature of new generation products the reputation loss of a non-performant release is great."

I have a broad responsibility for all Cresta consultant’s on a strategic customer account and act as the main point of contact within the account for Cresta management. In five years time I hope to be managing test driven projects where quality is the norm.
